Seth Scarpa, a native South Carolinian and graduate of The Citadel, has been serving the Beaufort community as the Chick-fil-A Operator since 2008. Together with his wife, Cynthia, and their three children, Seth has made Beaufort his home, embracing the Lowcountry lifestyle and cherishing the area’s natural beauty. When he’s not at Chick-fil-A, Seth enjoys boating and fishing, taking full advantage of Beaufort’s scenic waterways.
As an operator, Seth’s passion goes beyond serving great food; he is dedicated to building genuine relationships with his guests and nurturing a positive environment for his team. He takes pride in mentoring his staff, helping them grow, and encouraging them to become the best versions of themselves. Seth’s commitment to community and personal development shines through in everything he does.
Kyleigh Peeples, born and raised in Beaufort, is a graduate of Battery Creek High School. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of South Carolina Beaufort where she studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Kyleigh’s journey with Chick-fil-A began in 2015 when she joined the team at just 16 years old, quickly showcasing her dedication and talent. A four-time recipient of the Chick-fil-A scholarship, Kyleigh has continually demonstrated her commitment to growth and excellence within the organization.
Kyleigh is known for having a passion for connecting with people and providing exceptional care to every guest. Her natural leadership and genuine compassion have made her a cornerstone of the Chick-fil-A Beaufort team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is recently married to her husband, Kyle, and they enjoy all things boating, fishing and golf. She has always cherished the community she calls home. Kyleigh’s warmth, dedication, and love for people make her not only an inspiring leader but also a true Beaufort treasure.
With 17 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Tyler Herron has built a career that spans from his humble beginnings at age 14 as a dishwasher to a wide range of roles in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. His journey in hospitality has equipped him with deep insights into what makes a restaurant run smoothly and a passion for delivering excellent service.
In 2017, Tyler made the move from Atlanta to Bluffton, where he and his family—his wife and two boys—have created a fulfilling life. When he’s not working, Tyler enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with his loved ones, embracing the balance between career and family that life in the lowcountry offers.
For over a year, Tyler has been a proud member of the Chick-fil-A Beaufort team, where he is inspired by the unwavering support and positive energy that surrounds him every day. He values the strong team spirit and morale that make his work so rewarding, and is dedicated to continuing to contribute to the success of the company while growing both personally and professionally.
